NOW Foods Vitamin E-1000 with Mixed Tocopherols is a high-potency antioxidant supplement providing natural, plant-derived vitamin E in a convenient once-daily softgel.

Each softgel provides 670mg of vitamin E, equivalent to 1,000 IU. The formula uses natural d-alpha tocopherol together with mixed tocopherols, including d-beta, d-gamma and d-delta tocopherols.

Vitamin E is a major fat-soluble antioxidant that helps protect the body’s cells from free radicals and oxidative stress produced through normal metabolism and environmental exposure.

In addition to its antioxidant activity, vitamin E contributes to normal cellular health, immune function and the maintenance of a healthy vascular system.

The formula is oil based and contains extra virgin olive oil. Taking the softgel with a meal, particularly one containing dietary fat, supports normal absorption of this fat-soluble vitamin.
