NOW Foods Clinical Strength Prostate Health is a comprehensive men’s wellness formula combining standardized botanical extracts, plant sterols, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and nutritional oils.

The formula features 320mg of Saw Palmetto Berry Extract per three-softgel serving. The extract is standardized to contain a minimum of 85% naturally occurring fatty acids.

Each serving also provides 850mg of phytosterols, including beta-sitosterol. Plant sterols are naturally occurring compounds found in vegetables, seeds, nuts and other plant-based foods.

Stinging Nettle Root Extract supplies an additional 240mg per serving and complements the saw palmetto and phytosterol ingredients in this targeted men’s-health formula.

The formula provides 1,000mg of Pumpkin Seed Oil, which contains naturally occurring fatty acids and phytosterols. It also contains 10mg of lycopene from Lycomato™ tomato extract.

NOW Foods has included several antioxidant botanical ingredients, including quercetin, standardized turmeric root extract, green tea extract, pomegranate extract, trans-resveratrol and flax-seed lignan extract.

Each serving additionally supplies 15mg of zinc, 70mcg of selenium and 400 IU of vitamin D3. These nutrients provide complementary nutritional support for normal prostate and men’s wellness.

The manufacturer recommends taking three softgels daily with food. The 90-softgel bottle contains 30 servings and provides approximately a 30-day supply.

This formula contains highly refined soy-derived phytosterols, bovine gelatin and beeswax. It is therefore not suitable for vegetarian or vegan users and should not be described as soy free.
